Companies for which digital channels are one of the key tools for working with clients and partners and employees. The "Design for Digital Products" direction works with projects as if for a market. Uzbekistan, as well as for export-oriented companies (Russia, Central Asia, Europe / USA).

Progressive Media specialists help businesses create and develop intuitive and effective interfaces: from first prototypes and design concepts to design systems and author's supervision of implementation. The focus is on increasing conversion and revenue, reducing the workload on support, and improving convenience. and user performance.

Progressive Media is involved in both launching digital products from scratch and developing working interfaces that require systemic improvements rather than one-time "cosmetic" edits.

For large companies and complex projects, the team helps shape a product vision and design strategy, ensuring a unified quality standard across the entire digital ecosystem.

The direction's team includes experienced and responsible interface designers with specialized education and from 5 to 13 years of practice. Specialists have extensive experience and understand well how different how users behave in digital products: what they understand, what causes questions, and where/why they stop.

The processes are structured to be understandable and flexible for the customer: designers directly communicate with the client, present and defend concepts, and substantiate decisions from the perspective of user experience and visual logic.

An important part of the approach is understanding development

The design is immediately prepared for implementation: design systems and UI kits are created, the logic of interface operation, element states, and content filling guidelines are described, and technical limitations are taken into account. This reduces the number of changes and simplifies interaction with developers and helps the product pass the implementation stage painlessly.

Progressive Media is focused on long-term cooperation and working on flexible models, including: Time&Material with dedicated design teams for customer tasks. This allows customers to plan the development of digital products without forming their own large-scale design function.

Offer

For clients in Uzbekistan interested in performing design tasks for external specialized by Progressive Media

Audit of existing interfaces

Audit of user experience and perception

Analyzing:

  • Page structure, navigation, action logic, and scenarios;
  • Visual patterns and readability of content;
  • Alignment of identity, fonts, visual language, and voice tone;
  • Uniformity of design between sections and channels.
Result for the Customer

List of UX/UI hypotheses with prioritization, examples of solutions, and recommended improvements

Customer journey and conversion audit

Checks the user's complete route: from first visit to payment, application, or target action.

As part of the audit:

  • Analysis of funnels, outflow points, and «blockages»;
  • Assessment of the effectiveness of CTAs, forms, baskets, and design steps;
  • Analysis of behavioral indicators (sessions, viewing depth, rejection, stage-by-stage conversion);
  • Preparing hypotheses for A/B tests and UX experiments.
Result for the Customer

A map of the customer journey's problem areas and a list of specific changes that should increase conversions

Audit of online stores and online platforms (eCommerce)

Focus on the logic of purchase and trust in the process:

  • Analysis of the cart and order processing stages;
  • Rating product cards, filters, categories, and search;
  • Checking the clarity of prices, delivery, and return terms;
  • Assessment of visual consistency and trust factors at the payment step.
Result for the Customer

List of changes affecting revenue - from funnel optimization to improvements to critical UX screens (catalog, product card, cart, checkout)

Adaptive Audit

Checks how correctly and conveniently the product works on smartphones and tablets:

  • Adaptation of key scenarios to mobile devices;
  • Interactive element sizes, readability, form performance;
  • Stability and performance speed, critical points where users often fail.
Result for the Customer

Recommendations for reworking adaptive versions to ensure mobile traffic converts as well as desktop

Accessibility Audit

Assessment of the UI for compliance with international accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG):

  • Text contrast and scalability;
  • Navigation from the keyboard and screen readers;
  • Accessibility of key content and actions for users with visual and motor impairments.
Result for the Customer

A list of accessibility barriers and an improvement plan that enhances the product's usability for all users, not just for people with special needs

Design support for existing products

Collaboration formats

Long-term support for SLA with transparent reporting

It is suitable when continuous development and support are required: task response times, prioritization rules, reporting format, and quality targets under the Service Level Agreement (SLA) are recorded.

One-time maintenance and improvements

It is suitable when there is a need for specific changes in an existing product: reworking individual screens, scripts, modules, and preparing layouts for specific refinements.

Tasks Solved by Design Support

What the business ultimately gains

  • Stable product development, rather than occasional "jumps" in design;
  • Predictable design resource without the need to assemble and maintain your own team;
  • Fewer hassles and conflicts with development due to high-quality layouts and release verification;
  • Growth in product performance - through systematic work with UX, conversion, and convenience. This is reflected in revenue, order count, transaction speed, and user satisfaction.

Designing and creating interfaces from scratch

Designing and designing user interfaces by a qualified team - from idea to requirements for finished layouts for development and author's supervision over implementation

Project Management
  • Coordination of all participants (business, IT, design, development)
  • Stage planning and time control
  • Fixing agreements and changes in the project documentation
  • Regular reporting on status and risks
Basic configuration works:
Collecting and analyzing requests

  • Interview with key stakeholders;
  • Clarification of business goals, success metrics, and constraints;
  • Formalization of functional requirements and user roles.

Research and analytics

  • Analysis of current solutions (if any), references, and competitors;
  • Understanding user scenarios and usage context (web, mobile, terminals);
  • Fixing hypotheses that need to be tested in the interface.

Content work

  • Determination of content structure and types of substances (goods, services, applications, documents, etc.);
  • Requirements for texts, data, media;
  • Simplification and «packaging» of data in a user-friendly format.

Interface design (wireframes, prototypes)

  • Information architecture (sections, navigation, scripts);
  • Key screens and user flows (wireframes) prototypes;
  • Interactive prototypes for logic testing and business/development approval.

Design concept and visual style of the interface

  • Choosing a visual approach for the product (typography, grid, basic colors, patterns);
  • Draw key screens in the final UI;
  • Matching visual language with existing authentic brand.

Adaptive layouts

  • Refining layouts for key breakpoints (desktop, tablet, smartphone);
  • Accounting for platform features (iOS/Android, web, terminals);
  • Verification of scenarios critical to mobile devices.

Preparing layouts for development

  • Specifications for developers: dimensions, spacing, element states;
  • Description of the behavior of interactive components and complex scenarios;
  • Recommendations for implementing adaptive and animated content.

Documentation for developers and internal teams

  • Structured description of sections and scripts;
  • Basic Kit UI and the set of components that will be used in development;
  • Guides on how to use the interface and enhance the product.

Авторский надзор

  • Assisting the development team as interfaces are implemented;
  • Answers to questions, clarification of details, and prompt edits to layouts;
  • Design review of the assembled screens and recommendations for correcting deviations from the idea.

What the business ultimately receives

  • Predictable result: UI designed systematically, rather than "by design inspiration"
  • Reduce risks during development: fewer alterations and conflicts due to "unclear layouts"
  • Faster launch: developers have something to rely on - prototypes, specifications, documentation
  • The product is easier for users to "get into": interfaces with from the very beginning are designed for real use scenarios and business goals, therefore it is easier for people to understand and start working without asking unnecessary questions
