Skillbox is an online educational platform that implements professional training programs for students from Russia and CIS countries.

We approached Progressive Media with the task of finalizing the current version of the Skillbox online platform for conducting webinars based on the Laravel framework. And the solution to the main business task is to increase audience reach through the webinar platform, which should lead to an increase in course sales.

At the beginning of cooperation with Progressive Media, the online platform was developed by the company's own efforts. After analyzing the launch, we decided to improve it. Users experienced inconvenience during the feedback transfer process, and moderators lacked sufficient broadcast management functionality, resulting in the company losing a significant portion of its target audience.

To fulfill the business task, an action plan was developed in collaboration with colleagues from Progressive Media:

— improve the usability of the webinar page;

— improve broadcast management in the administrative section;

— adjust current functionality to enhance its stability;

— conduct refactoring of existing code.

Progressive Media specialists conducted several test launches of the functionality and analyzed feedback from listeners regarding the innovations. As a result, the platform for conducting webinars was refined, and the notification system and inclusion of special offers significantly increased course sales. And thanks to the refactoring of the code, the broadcast page operates stably even when more than 3,000 users are simultaneously watching the webinar.

Progressive Media's server administration department conducted load testing for our projects, and we subsequently moved them to the “Progressive Media” servers. Throughout the entire period of joint work, there has not been a single failure; the projects are withstanding even peak loads.

KIKO Milano is an Italian brand of decorative cosmetics with a chain of branded stores in more than 70 countries around the world.

In mid-2019, the «Jamilko» company's brand portfolio was expanded by the Italian company Kiki Milano. Our main task with Progressive Media was to help the Italian brand enter the Russian e-commerce market.

In addition to launching the Kiki Milano online store from scratch, several complex integrations were carried out as part of the project, for example, with the Tempoline solution. This allowed us to possess information about the current quantity of goods in the warehouse, as well as to send and receive data on orders. Additionally, integration with Tempoline has enabled the automatic generation of returns reports.
