A monitoring system for key indicators has been developed:
— After spending approximately 2 man-weeks of work by the client's internal team on implementing refinements, the conversion from order to payment increased by 0.7 percentage points, which recouped the expenses incurred by the second month;
— The increase in some financial indicators showed the benefits of the work performed. on the project, which led to the client's decision to expand the internal team of analysts for further work with the product;
— Cooperation with the client continues in the format of advisory support, which ensures further growth and development of the service
Details of implementation
To monitor changes in business indicators, an interactive panel has been created that allows for tracking key metrics (conversion, customer acquisition cost, average receipt, etc.).
During the execution of work:
— Calculated the unit economy, identified user cohorts, and calculated the cost of attraction and LTV;
— We conducted an analysis of advertising channels, based on which the client decided to abandon Instagram and redistribute the budget toward Facebook and contextual advertising. As a result, with an unchanged total budget, the number of new users increased by 15%, and revenue increased by 8%;
— We analyzed user behavior on the website, identified problematic areas in the conversion funnel, and proposed specific hypotheses for increasing conversion at each stage.
A functionality has been developed for loading data into the corporate data warehouse from CRM, ERP, and web analytics systems.
The integrated system of automatic reports and notifications has enabled rapid response to changes and the adoption of numerically based management decisions.
