Need
At the start of the project, Bitrix24 was already being used in the company, but more as a data storage facility than as a full-fledged management tool:

Information on investors, vehicles, and deals was distributed among CRM, Google Sheets, and other sources. Many operations were performed manually, and tasks, documents, and financial indicators were not linked to transaction stages.

As a result, the system did not provide a holistic picture of the business and did not allow for effective process management, which became a limitation for scale-up.
Solution
Based on Bitrix24, a unified system has been established, combining work with investors, vehicles, documents, and financial indicators. The main emphasis was placed on automating processes, reducing manual operations, and creating a transparent work logic.

The implementation of the system allowed Moscar Finance to transition from scattered data and manual operations to a managed and transparent operating model.

Repeated data entry has been reduced by approximately 40%, and the processing time for a single transaction by nearly 50%.

All tasks, documents, and financial indicators are now tied to specific stages, ensuring full control over the processes.

Details of implementation
The work was structured around Bitrix24 transactions and smart processes:
All key actions are linked to stages and are initiated automatically - from task formulation to document generation.
A unified data model has been implemented to work with investors and the vehicle fleet: Information is collected automatically, without duplication, and related transactions are created in related processes for end-to-end control at all stages
Additional integration with Google Sheets allowing you to sync financial data and use it in calculations without manually updating.
Document management and financial settlements have been transitioned to the system format:
Contracts and settlements are formed according to templates, and income and expenditure indicators are calculated within CRM
The system was adapted to the company's real processes:
Roles, work scenarios, and the logic of interaction between departments have been configured, simplifying employees' daily work and reducing the number of manual operations
