The task has arisen to create a digital service that will simplify processes, reduce the workload on specialists, and become part of the corporate portal.:

Solution

Based on the corporate portal developed on Laravel, a separate career counseling service has been created with automated registration, application distribution, and meeting support.

The system is integrated into the company's corporate infrastructure and is built taking into account the real processes of the HR department.

Details of implementation

The work began with an analysis of current processes and scenarios for employee interaction with the HR department. Based on the obtained data, a service logic and user scenario structure were formed.

The system features an interface for choosing a consultant based on specialization and accessibility, as well as a visual schedule that allows employees to schedule meetings independently. Selected slots are booked automatically, and schedule changes are synchronized in real time.

The recording process is complemented by the ability to specify goals and questions for the meeting, which increases the effectiveness of consultations. Additionally, a notification and reminder system has been implemented for all participants.

To evaluate effectiveness, a feedback collection system has been implemented: consultation data is stored and used to analyze the performance of the HR function.

The service is integrated into the corporate portal on Laravel: the employee database is updated automatically, meetings are recorded in calendars, and specialist workload is taken into account when forming the schedule.

Additionally, automation of mandatory consultations has been implemented - for example, after passing a probationary period or changing an employee's grade.

After launch, the service was adapted to the company's updated identity: interfaces were redesigned, a unified UI kit was created, and compliance with the brand guide was ensured without changing the user logic.
