"Central Asia Certification" LLC (CAC) has approached "Progressive Media" LLC with a request to automate business processes to optimize team work and increase control over task completion. During the work, it was important not just to implement the tool, but to deeply understand the processes, identify bottlenecks, and propose the most effective solution.

The "Progressive Media" LLC team conducted a detailed analysis of current work processes, identified key growth points, and proposed an optimal automation strategy. As a result of collaborative work, Bitrix24 was selected, which allowed for the systematization of task management, automated timekeeping, and convenient document management.

Special attention was paid to adapting the system to the real needs of the CAC, so that employees could easily master the new tool.
