For the NP to operate, it was necessary to create a multifunctional system for processing and distributing applications from potential buyers.

The system should be a client base and NP, as well as a tool for Herbalife employees (statistics, analysis, forecasting, certification, and NP control)

Development of a system for processing and distributing applications with a personal account for independent partners of the international corporation in the healthy lifestyle industry

Potential buyers find their interested product on Herbalife or NP resources, then buyers are asked to proceed to the application form to contact the consultant.

All applications are sent centrally to a single system - leads.herbalife.ru, where applications are distributed among the company's NPs.

NPs work in the Personal Cabinet with a wide range of functionalities. NPs process applications at any time, in any place, and from any device with Internet access. The system interface takes into account the age of the target audience and the level of mastery of web services = as simple and intuitive as possible

Herbalife received a solution that is successfully used and fully solves the set tasks:
- Tens of thousands of independent Partners in the system;
- Every month, thousands of applications are submitted in a single system from all CIS countries;
- Herbalife Employee Tool.
Details of implementation
For the operation of Independent Partners (hereinafter NPs), the lead.herbalife.ru service has been created as a system for processing applications from potential clients. The system is integrated with all company websites, as well as with the IP Internet resources on which the application form is located.
For operational support, an internal Telegram chat has been created, where all partners can seek technical assistance. This allows for convenient and quick resolution of issues related to system operation, bot configuration, or other aspects of the platform.
Mobile version - a mobile version of the System has been developed so that NPs always have convenient access to the system and can quickly respond to requests.
Additionally, the Telegram bot "Herbalife Notifications" has been developed, which informs partners about new applications. In this bot, you can not only receive notifications but also process applications directly, without having to go to your Personal Account, which significantly simplifies and speeds up work with clients.
The system has a separate section with useful articles that are extracted from the Herbalife company's internet resources. Every NP has the opportunity to share an article on social media. If an application is created according to the link published in the NP profile, it will be immediately transferred to this NP. For Herbalife employees, article repost statistics are maintained.
All NGs from the CIS countries have been integrated into the system. The NC system is prepared in all necessary languages (you can switch to any language version).
Uniform distribution of applications - setting the distribution of applications by location: NPs receive applications uniformly, so that the number of applications is distributed equally among all NPs according to their availability.
Separation of applications by country and city. All incoming applications are distributed among the NPs according to territorial characteristics (the application is submitted to the nearest NP at the address), but taking into account the daily limit of applications that the NP is ready to process within a day.
Re-addressing of applications - the NP can redirect all incoming applications to another Independent Partner (transfer to another NP). Redirection is also included in the Vacation Regime, and the NC's operating time is also taken into account.
Partners can create unique forms in their personal account for receiving applications that are forwarded solely to them without redistribution, as well as configure personal Telegram bots by providing clients with a link to submit applications directly through the bot. In some countries, personal landings are available, where partners post product information and feedback form, ensuring that applications are received only by them, which guarantees convenience, flexibility, and direct communication with customers.
Within the system, applications are verified using directories, specially configured filters, and stop words, resulting in incorrect applications being rejected or marked as suspicious. Company employees, including staff and non-staff specialists, used different tools and approaches in their work, which complicated the interaction between departments and reduced the efficiency of task completion.
Work mode - Setting personal application mode settings. To temporarily suspend the acceptance of applications, the NP has the opportunity to transfer the status of its office to "On Vacation." In this case, NPs will not receive new applications until the status is returned to the "Working" value.
Push notification and SMS notification system - the NC receives notifications about new applications.
Partners (distributors) can individually configure personal Telegram bots for accepting applications through a special page in their Personal Account. A unified authorization system has also been implemented, which unites all company projects, including not only the Leads platform. This allows partners to use the same account data to access all company websites, eliminating the need to create and store separate data for each resource.
A section for Herbalife employees with detailed statistics to determine NP activity, lead conversion, and collect statistics both for the system as a whole and for specific NPs. For example, in the personal account, the NP can view detailed information on each received application (client data, client interest, source), hire them, or reject them. If the NP does not process the application within the specified time period, it will be transferred to the next NP. In the process of working on applications, NP statistics are formed. It contains data on the number of work applications processed, rejected, and submitted during the selected time period.
Dashboard and Application Management in Personal Account- displays a list of applications with parameters and functionalities.
