Details of implementation

Consulting & training

  • Presentations and consultations were held on the Bitrix24 platform;
  • Bank employees were familiarized with the capabilities of the corporate portal, licensing conditions, and options for expanding the functionality.

The bank uses MSActiveDirectory (AD) to manage user accounts (over 3000) and define access rights. When implementing the corporate portal, the organizational structure was imported from AD, and the units were compared with the structure imported from 1C.

  • The standard module operates with the NTLM protocol, but the bank's security policy required the use of the Kerberos protocol. The module was finalized in accordance with bank security requirements, and server settings of the Kerberos protocol were implemented on the client's equipment;
  • The portal was integrated with AD/LDAP so that bank employees could access the portal using the same account details they use to log in to the system at their workplace;
  • Integration with 1C was carried out, thanks to which it became possible to automatically synchronize the company's organizational structure on the Corporate Portal, displaying up-to-date information on the distribution of employees by branches and departments.

Install and configure product in basic configuration

  • At the first stage, tasks management modules, personal/group message exchange, and business processes for document management were implemented and customized for the Client;
  • The project was located in the closed part of the internal network. The requirements of the bank's security service for access to the infrastructure were met;
  • After the project was launched, bank employees used the portal for several months and collected feedback, on the basis of which the development of the project was carried out. The portal was adapted to the needs of bank employees as part of the support.

Over time, additional services and refinements were needed.

  • The bank's organizational structure with all branches, divisions, and employees has been implemented. The structure is easily scalable and updated by portal administrators;
  • The mechanism for searching and retrieving employees in the portal interface has been improved (the functionality of the employee card has been expanded);
  • Live feed and important notifications for bank employees have been set up.
