Need

RED&Co approached with the task of supporting and developing the corporate portal based on the box version of Bitrix24. The main problem was the need to modernize the Calendar module, which is a key tool for planning the company's tasks and activities. Business tasks included:

Customize calendar

  • The calendar grid has been modernized: the ability to display not only days but also weeks has been added, as well as details of events by time and date;
  • Adding new event parameters: Members, Project Type, Location, Time, and Coordination Status parameters have been added for each event;
  • Notifications and alerts: When the date or time of an event changes, the system automatically notifies all participants and initiates the process of re-approval;
  • Timing match feature: Added the event timing match feature between the author and participants, with the ability to block time until verification.

Employee load accounting

  • Employee engagement reports: automatic generation of employee engagement reports;
  • Calculation of participation time: accounting for employees' participation time in projects and events to analyze workload;
  • Export reports: Export employee load reports to Excel for analysis and reporting.

Event and task accounting tools

  • Event reestr: A separate event reestr has been created, which contains all events grouped by projects and users;
  • Filters and sorting: users can filter events by project, date, participants, and event status;
  • Integration with tasks and projects: Each activity can be linked to a specific project or task.

SMS Notification Integration

  • Integration with the third-party SMSC.RU service: the ability to send SMS messages to clients and employees about new events, changes in the time or postponement of the event;
  • Feedback via SMS: incoming SMS is duplicated to the corporate mail and can be displayed in the Bitrix24 interface;
  • SMS message templates: the ability to create and use SMS message templates to automatically send notifications to clients.
